With the guidance of your Spirit Guides, here's what's included throughout this journey:

• Four personalized Higher Self Meditations
• Your very own personalized Self Love toolkit Journal
• Journal prompts and activities tailored to you
• Weekly Oracle Channeled messages sent via WhatsApp or email
• In between our sessions, we will keep contact via WhatsApp or email, whichever you are comfortable with.
• Practices and assignments in between each of our sessions.
• Four one on one 90 minute sessions
• Additional session for a Reiki Healing Energy Scan and Tarot Reading

Please know that this journey does not end after our final session. Your Spirit Guides and I will curate practices that you may use to continue your journey of empowerment and to maintain connection with your Higher Self. 

All that I ask is that you show up being unapologetically you. Please know from the bottom of my heart that I will NEVER judge you, I will simply and FULLY support you. All you need is a journal, an open mind, and a willingness to pour into you. 

We will meet via Google Meets four times throughout this month for 90 minutes. During our first session, we will schedule our following sessions. Aside from our four sessions, our fifth and final session includes a Reiki Healing Energy Scan and Tarot Reading! 

If you sign up for the XOXO, Your Higher Self Journey for one month and then decide to continue for a total of three months, your initial payment will be applied to the total cost of the three month program.

Payment plans are available for both one month and three month commitments through ShopPay. 

Flexibility Options: I understand that everyone has unique schedules and preferences, and after all, we are working with the needs of your spirit. Consequently, I offer two options for the "one month" journey:

Intensive One-Month Program:

• • Meet once a week for four consecutive weeks. (Plus one additional session included for Reiki Healing Energy Scan and Tarot Reading)
  • Ideal for those who prefer an immersive and focused experience.

Extended Two-Month Program:

1. • Meet once every two weeks over a span of two months. (Plus one additional session included for Reiki Healing Energy Scan and Tarot Reading)
   • Ideal for those who prefer more time between sessions for reflection and integration.

How to Choose Your Schedule: During our initial consultation, we will discuss your preferences and determine the best schedule for you. Whether you choose the intensive one-month program or the extended two-month program, you will receive the same comprehensive support and guidance.
